Conducted evaluation of the comprehensive HIV services in 12 districts in West Nile region and 2 districts in Central region. This was funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) with support from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Formulated the new Country Strategy and the Country Portfolio for the next five years covering the period 2023-2027, to be implemented within the West Nile, Rwenzori and Albertine regions. The focus is on the health system strengthening pillar, with a focus on SRHR. This is Funded by Enabel Uganda.

Technical support for the implementation of USAID’s Act to End Neglected Tropical Diseases | East (Act | East) program (2018-2023), led by RTI International. The assignment was to provide technical support to the Ministry of Health to accomplish the prioritized actions in the Act I East 2021. We conducted a financial and programmatic assessment of NTD programmes in Uganda to determine their status, mapped stakeholders and decision-making spaces for NTD budget allocation, provided technical support to the NTDCP to access NTD off-budget financial data and unpack government health budgets and conducted a training for Ministry of Health and district staff in identifying and analysing financial data for advocacy.

We conducted evidence synthesis to update the Strategic Health Purchasing assessment that was conducted in 2019/2020 for Uganda. This work contributed to a regional report and findings were shared at a regional meeting in Kigali.

We conducted a Performance-Based Financing Feasibility Study where we explored RBF models for workforce performance and authored the report that we submitted to the client.
